I believe that feminine energy is a spiritual force that can heal the body, mind, and soul. It fosters better communication, and emotional intelligence, and promotes a more nurturing and inclusive environment. By working to acknowledge and incorporate our feminine energy, we allow it to help us experience more creativity, tap into our 'flow state' more often, reduce our stress and tension and we will improve our overall well-being.

This is not a course of talking therapy, you will learn to recognise and harness your own feminine energy.
I employ many different ways to help you re-connect with your inner voice and to find peace to move forward. This includes the incorporation of somatic movement. For those who have not heard of the powers of somatic healing, please let me explain.
Somatic Healing is a body-centred method of releasing trauma and calming the nervous system.
Unlike traditional therapy, it focuses on the root of trauma, which is stored in your body’s survival system, not your logical brain. Trauma can keep your body in ‘survival mode’ which in turn can trigger anxiety, stress, and other symptoms.
Through somatic healing, we will guide your body to let go of any stored tension and return to a state of balance and safety. This process will help you feel more confident, connected, and free to live authentically, fully aligned with your true self.

The coaching course will be tailored to your requirements and needs right now and will guide you to a better relationship with yourself.
Over 10 weeks, we'll delve into the specific areas of your life that need healing to discover the best women's health strategy for you.

This is not a quick-fix course.
It’s a transformational 10-week journey where we combine cycle wisdom, feminine energy work, shadow healing, and intuitive embodiment.
You’ll be supported every week through live 90-minute sessions, and held between sessions with weekday message access.
You’re not just learning. You’re becoming.
Together, we will work to identify and challenge any limiting beliefs that you hold within.
And then we begin the work to rebuild your confidence and work towards your new more authentic lifestyle.
I will listen to your story and empower you to shift your pain into courage. I will guide you to emotional resilience so you can inspire others. My coaching is judgement-free and compassionate but straightforward and manageable for you to follow your new self-love practices because you sometimes get stuck fighting with your inner voice.
