1. User Conduct
Users of this website agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that
does not infringe the rights of or restrict the use of this site by any third party. 1. Payment Terms
We accept online transactions through PayPal, Stripe, and ClearPay.
Refund Policy:
● Aromatherapy workshops, retreats and somatic movement classes: Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to another date.
● 1:1 Coaching Services: All fees for 1:1 coaching sessions are non-refundable. Once a coaching session or package has been purchased, clients are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure that clients are committed to the coaching process and to allow Femme Flow to manage its schedule effectively.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. To reschedule a session, please contact us at hi@verakulaviak.com.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee or may result in the forfeiture of the session at our discretion.
Cancellation: If Femme Flow needs to cancel a coaching session, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. If a client needs to cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled if 24 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the session.
By purchasing 1:1 coaching services from Femme Flow, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
Terms and Conditions for Digital Products
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of eBooks and other digital products ("Digital Products") provided by Femme Flow ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and/or downloading our Digital Products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or download our Digital Products.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Digital Products once they have been purchased and downloaded. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase.
